Function:

As a member of the legal department staff, your responsibilities will include:

  • Drafting legal documents and contracts;
  • Preparing and following up legal files such as drafting document bundles,… ;
  • Answering legal letters;
  • Contacts with lawyers, public services, professional federations, …;

Function:

  • As a calculator, you will perform the following tasks:

  • Consultation with project and site managers to discuss planning and the progress of the projects;

Profile:

  • The calculator we are looking for has knowledge of the general construction sector and/or residential construction. Site experience is an added value.

  • As a site manager, you are responsible for coordinating the structural work on your site.
  • You ensure that the construction site is not delayed and you solve technical problems where necessary.
  • The daily planning and organisation of the construction site is your responsibility and you have to be proactive in guiding it.
  • You make sure that the necessary working materials arrive at the construction site on time and you keep a close eye on the work of subcontractors and your own staff.
  • You take the lead and direct several teams.
  • You continuously ensure the necessary quality and safety on the site.
  • You report on a regular basis to the project leader.

 

Profile: 

  • You have a higher education in architecture (professional bachelor and/or master) and at least 5 years of relevant experience as a site manager in structural engineering.
  • You have a talent for leading and organising.
  • As a site manager, you are motivated, flexible, dynamic and able to work in a team. Moreover, you have the necessary perseverance to successfully complete the project.
  • You are communicative, assertive and have a good eye for quality and safety.
  • You are willing to learn from the project leaders who assist you where necessary.
  • You are fluent in Dutch, French and English.
